The Rookery South (Resource Recovery Facility) Order 2011 was laid before both Houses of Parliament on the evening of November 29th. Click Here to view a copy of the Order. The deadline for petitions will be 5.00 pm on Monday 19 December 2011. Guides to petitioning both Houses can be downloaded below.

Time is short but we are told by the House authorities that it isn’t as daunting as it looks at first sight!
