O&H have put forward a planning application for the 5,000 four Marston Valley Villages to Central Bedfordshire Council Planning Department separate and before the Local Plan is to be considered by a Planning Inspector.
This move by O&H sees the plans being considered in a different legislative process than the Local Plan considerations.
There are concerns that this approach could result in:
- some requirements of developments under the Local Plan not being met by this development
- prejudicing the outcome of the Local Plan decision
The consultation is open from 11th June for 5 weeks. It is important that residents have their say on this additional consultation even if you have already submitted a response to the Local Plan consultations.
