Your chance to comment on the Marston Valley New Villages planning application

Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) is considering the outline planning application for the Marston Valley New Villages from O&H Properties. There has been considerable confusion about notification of this to residents with some receiving letters and others not. The original closing date was 24th June, but MMAG understands that this has been extended into late July.

Please take the time to comment on the plans for 5,000 houses, plus schools, retail and a large tract of employment land. The creation of a new town made up of four new suburbs and two existing – Marston Moretaine and Lidlington will affect all us during its 20 year build phase and then beyond.

You can read MMAG’s submission (Click Here) and please use any parts you strongly agree with, or simply cut and paste the entire submission.
